DEPARTMENT OF MUSIC
Dear Students
& Parents,
Oct 2,
2001
Our school will be
celebrating Vijayadashami (Vidya-arambam) on Friday the
26th of October, 2001. Students of vocal music,
violin, and mridangam disciplines and their parents are
requested to participate in the celebrations.
From this year
onwards, we are planning to hold series of mini concerts
regularly with vocal, violin and mridangam students performing
on the stage. These concerts will be of duration of one to one
and a quarter hour each. This will be a motivation for
students to practice & perform on the stage, and graduate
into regular concerts. The first of the series will be held on
