Yoga is an integral component of Jayamangala’s holistic approach to integrating arts and mind-body wellness. Our practice is informed by Hatha Yoga and mixed Vinyasa Flow, interspersed with breathing and relaxation techniques.

Yoga is particularly useful in promoting strength, balance, and flexibility for our dance students and professional dance company members, who participate in yoga workshops periodically throughout the year.
